Mike Itemuagbor- Chairman/CEO
MR Mike Itemuagbor is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi where  he   obtained the Higher National Degree in Business Administration. He is also an alumnus of the University of Lagos MBA programme . An astute and successful businessman and investor, he has interest in diverse businesses. His professional training and exposure as a businessman is brought to bear in the companies in which he has interests, which include security services, printing technology,  and sports marketing.

 Mr. Mike Itemuagbor is the Chairman/CEO of Proserve Nigeria Limited. His  personal   attributes as a soft -spoken result oriented and resourceful person earned him, at various times,membership of Local Organising Committees for major sports tournaments held in  Nigeria within the past few years. He served as a member of the Local Organising Committee for FIFA WYC- Nigeria ’99, a member of COJA responsible for the organization of the All African Games which was hosted by Nigeria in 2003, member, LOC for the two editions of the African Women Championships. His exploits in the aforementioned committees spoke for themselves as he was subsequently appointed marketing committee member of the Confederation of African Football (CAF)
He has been a consultant and a resource person to the Nigerian Football Association. He is married with children.

Susan Itemuagbor- MD            
She is a graduate of Estate Management obtained from Auchi Polytechnic. A highly   successful entrepreneur, her business interest cuts across various sectors of the economy. She has substantial interest in M4S Mega shop located in the highbrow area of Victoria Island.

She is widely traveled and  has attended a number of professional and managerial  development courses. She is in charge of day to day running of Kikers Digital Graphics where she brings to bear her business acumen.
